Up Set compiles and organizes catalog and market evidence from independent sources into its own product records and published pricing model. A source host or marketplace does not necessarily own every underlying trademark or image, and a recorded source URL is not represented as a commercial copyright license.
Image and data rights
Up Set displays limited product artwork to identify catalog entries. Up Set records the source host for catalog artwork, does not claim ownership of third-party product imagery, and reviews or replaces artwork when authorization is unavailable or a rights holder identifies a concern. Rights holders may contact support@upsetme.com with the set number, image, and basis of the request.
